How Does Your Garden Grow?

The women's ministry of College Church sponsored a night
where kids could come and ploant a garden.
Elisha had a great time planting corn, peas, onions, and potatoes.
Here is a picture of him with his plants early on:

And here is Elisha with his "garden" a few weeks later.
We finally had to take it out to my parent's house so that Grandpa
could replant it in his garden (or at least a larger pot.)
It was even bigger than this: potato vines were overtaking our kitchen...
not to mention the fruit flies that loved the soil (gross!)

We'll let you know if we eventually enjoy soup or
anything else edible from our son's gardening efforts...
